Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SOLVEX SPACE LTD ("Solvex Space", "we") operates solvex.space, a cybersecurity services platform. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this site. Contact: contact@solvex.space.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email, password hash, role, and profile details you provide.
  • Order & project data — services purchased, scoped requirements, communications, and deliverable access records.
  • Payment data — transaction references and amounts. Card and wallet credentials are processed by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, bKash, Nagad, crypto processors); we never store them.
  • Free tool inputs — stored as hashed or aggregated values only, with an optional opt-in email if you request a report. We never store raw sensitive data about your assets.
  • Technical data — IP address, device and usage data for security, rate-limiting and analytics.

3. Why we process it (lawful bases)

  • Delivering contracted services — performance of a contract.
  • Account security, fraud and abuse prevention — legitimate interests.
  • Tool reports and marketing emails — your consent, withdrawable any time.
  • Tax and accounting records — legal obligation.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Engagement records and invoices are retained as required by UK tax law. Hashed free-tool analytics are retained in aggregate. You may request deletion at any time; we will honour it except where retention is legally required.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the platform (hosting, database, payments, email) under data-processing agreements, with assigned specialists bound by confidentiality for your engagement, and where the law requires it. We never sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Where data leaves the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, or port your data, and withdraw consent. Contact contact@solvex.space. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

8. Security

Data is isolated with database-level row security, encrypted in transit and at rest, with deliverables stored in an encrypted vault behind short-lived, access-logged links.

9. Changes

We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
